Title:VMWare Operational support
Service Duration: 12 Month
Location: Littleton, CO or Dallas, TX
Rate Expectation: $50/hr. CTC Max
Number of Candidates: 10 people
Year of Experience: 3-5 Years
Candidates Skills:
• Experience in root cause analysis, through resolution of VMware infrastructure
• Experience in break/fix and upgrade assistance of VMware infrastructure
• Experience in monitoring of VMware platforms and key interfaces for overall health
• Experience in performing trend analysis of issues on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and present the findings of such analysis on VMware infrastructure.
• Support related to VMware Cloud (VMC) on AWS
• Experience in cloud-native network function (CNF) and virtual network function (VNF) onboarding to VMware infrastructure.
• Experience in VMware platforms configuration management and capacity planning.
• Knowledge on Project Management tools of JIRA
• Knowledge on source repository like Nexus/GitLab
