Hi Trumans in health,

The short version is that, like other careers that attract idealists, there are more folks interested in working in 'global health' than there are (good) jobs in it, so people need to distinguish themselves in a number of ways (hard/transferable technical skills, solid international experience, speaking in-demand languages, work experience, etc). There are quite a few good comments with other tips for how to make yourself employable, and I'd love to hear from y'all too.

Cheers,

Brett
