We're looking for a new leader for OIC

Hi everyone

In line with our primary value of localisation, we're looking for a new leader for OIC Cambodia, the initiative I founded and have had the pleasure of leading for the past 4 years.

For OIC to grow in the right direction, it's important that we have a Cambodian leader. As I step back and support this person from the board, we need someone who has the confidence to work within the management team to guide the organisation in the right direction. OIC has a very unique culture, a very flat hierarchy, and a small but supportive team.

Much of this is encapsulated in our Cultural Manifesto here.

We're looking for someone with management and leadership experience, someone who feels comfortable representing OIC and executing the vision.
