All Ears Cambodia (AEC) is currently recruiting a new Head of Administration. The successful applicant will join the senior team to lead operational management in this busy NGO. Established in Cambodia for 13 years, All Ears Cambodia has developed an excellent reputation for professional provision of ear and hearing healthcare serving vulnerable communities across Cambodia. The Head of Administration serves as a leader, responsible for managing operational procedures to ensure that all staff, patients and visitors are supervised in a safe environment that meets the approved objectives of AEC. The position is pivotal in the administration of human resources and the day-to-day affairs of the organisation as well holding key roles in finance, fundraising and volunteer management. It is an excellent opportunity for a personable, enthusiastic applicant with a dedicated work ethos and organised approach. Relevant experience and English fluency is required.
