Dear Networkers,

I hope everyone had a good Khmer New Year!

We will meet this Thursday, April 28th, 12 noon-1.30 pm at the RACHA office (#160 Street 71, Tonle Bassac - behind Caltex, next door to World Vision) in the 1st floor meeting room - walk up one flight of steps and the conference room is the last room on the left. Please feel free to bring your own lunch - Browns cafe is at the end of the street and there is also a Khmer streetside restaurant that does takeaway as well.

We will discuss the latest developments with Medicam (health NGO network), plans for decentralization of MoH, and other developments.

Look forward to seeing you. Feel free to bring a friend.
