Courses in Cambodia/Thailand on facilitation/presentation/project management skills?

Hi everyone, 

I'm looking for courses ASAP for two of my Cambodian colleagues on any of the following - facilitation, presentation and/or project management skills, preferably in Thailand. 

Does anyone know of any courses in Thailand or know anyone who might now? 

The organisation I work with is a small local NGO (5 staff) called the Social Health Protection Association (SHPA) which is a member-owned organisation working on social health protection for the informal sector.
