Did you guys compare the benefits from the KFF / HRET survey for this bullet?

From the project description and the Excel file provided, it seems that BIG Company only offers coverage to employees and not dependents such as spouses and children. Do you guys agree with this? The KFF study says that 100% of large firms offer coverage to spouses and dependents, so it doesn't really make sens that BIG Company doesn't as they wouldn't be very competitive at all. Did anyone touch on this aspect?

I assumed that they did cover spouses and children, but probably left it out for simplicity.
I focused on the items that they did provide: OOP, deductibles, in/out of network deductibles, co-pays, and coinsurance, and deductibles or co-pays for pcp, ER, specialist, urgent care, etc... Of course average employee contribution needs a mention

It seems like they materially beat the standard large employer in all relevant items (OOP, deductibles, copays, coinsurance, etc.), even after making moderate recommendations to reduce costs. Anyone else agree with this?

I agree. All plans are really rich compared to other large firms even with moderate changes.
