The Webinar will be moderated by Jean Ann Larson, Chief Learning
Officer at Beaumont Hospitals and Intrinsic Coach®. You will learn how
Beaumont Hospitals® benefits people by utilizing the Intrinsic
Coaching® methodology organization wide. Specifically, the Webinar
will look at how Beaumont utilizes Intrinsic Coaching® to benefit
individuals, teams, departments, and their entire organization.

The Beaumont Hospital is a 1,061-bed major academic and referral
center with Level 1 trauma status located in Michigan and is
Michigan's first Magnet-designated hospital for nursing excellence.
Beaumont is a major teaching facility that has 37 accredited residency
and fellowship programs with 400 residents and fellows.

This webinar earns 2 CEUS for ACSM, CHES (category 1), RD, and a
General CEU certificate.
