Measuring the Success of Health Coaching Programs

A fellow list member is looking for some benchmark data on the types
of measures that other organizations are using to measure the
effectiveness of individual health coaches and health coaching
programs as a whole.

What benchmarks does your organization use? Can you recommend any
sources for benchmark data?
