Hi members! I was wondering if any of the members here have had any
benefit from workouts such as Pilates, Winsor Pilates, yoga, jogging
or any kind of other workout in the gym or at the comfort of your own
home.

You may read customer reviews for each of our workout titles at our website. Our consultants are required to try all the programs. It would not be fair to attribute the success of  reaching their fitness goals to any one type of exercise format.

You may want to post this as a forum question at our website. There you would get more information regarding specific programs from people using them for longer periods of time. Home exercise combined with clean eating can get you the same or better results than gym workouts. They are always ready to be used, whenever you have the time use them.

If you have any further questions, please "reply" to this email. That will make it easier for us to follow-up.

Sincerely,
Renee

In the past I have tried P90X - would have been about 2 and a half
years ago. It was good, but after a while I started to find it
repetitious and lost interest. I now have a complete home gym set up
of equipment and still occasionally throw on a video to switch things
up.
