I took a second look at the patient guidelines. To be honest, t
he current version being shared is visually unattractive and doesn't have our corporate logo.
I suggest one way to improve is by turning it into a standard email shared with patient (customer on behalf of patient) with subject: "Recommendations to maximize Healing". Then in the email write a brief note on the importance of each Topic area and refer to articles we put on the blog (make sure there is a post on each topic).
This is also a good way of pointing customers to the blog.
