This looks good.
The scanning report must be submitted by healer to HLN every week for our records and to enable us to supervise and track the case. It is only shared with the patient or customer if they can understand the scanning report, but it is not optional.
When we bring in new contract healers, you have to consider how to quality control & supervise correspondence.
You should develop template emails (based on your real emails with customers) that healers can use to share information with customers. This will help standardize communication and help healers who may not be as fluent in writing in English.
