Post surgery update

Dear Ones,

   Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your prayers, support and allowing me to be silent/moody when I am in pain.  The pain is getting less day by day.  I just am very impatient for it to be over and return to remission.  See my surgeon on Wednesday.  Hope he allows me pool previleges so I can start exercising in comfort (water);  this monsoony weather isn't real condusive to walking right now.  Thank you for being my support and I will continue to be yours.

Please don't worry ... We all understand ...  It can be overwhelming and frustrating to have to deal with more stuff like surgeries when we are already dealing with so much.   

Know that you are not alone ... we are all in this together :))).

Hi Comette,

All my prayers are with you.  I'm glad we have this meeting place to keep tabs on each other and for support. 
I rarely ever see you in the clinic anymore, Comette but know that my thoughts are with you.  I hope you
are taking massive enzymes to eat up the scar tissue and take care of the inflammation causing the pain.
I could do some acupuncture for the pain if you would be inclined.  At any rate, I'm sure your visit with
the surgeon will turn out great.  Lots of healing energy to you.

Dear Marilyn,

   Thanks for the e-mail.  I am taking enzymes twice a day plus l-glutamine.  I am considering accupuncture for back pain relief.  Have had it before and it works.  Look forward to seeing you.  Still trying to come up with sugar free baking recipes.  It is really difficult when using only stevia.
