FYI,

I am now taking Borax water daily ( 1 quart ). This was recommended to me by the Budwig Center ( www.budwigcener.com) for purposes of increasing alkalinity. I've attached their document giving full instructions. Taste fine. for my weight, I use 1/4 teaspoon of 20 mule-team borax found in the laundry section of the grocery store mixed with 1/4 teaspoon of celtic sea salt into a quart of water. Drink it on an empty stomach throughout the day. Borax has a pH of 9.4. Read the attached file for more info and testimonials. Very interesting stuff. Have my wife taking it also.
