Dear All

 

From our last committee meeting we agreed that if we have a large email database of healthcare personals, it will help spreading our news much more effectively and efficiently.  However to obtain email addresses from various organizations is not always easy. 

 

I suggest that initially committee and subcommittee members contribute email addresses of people in their network to build up our database.  So far we have only around 500 in our non-member database.  Our target is to get to 10,000 by the end of this year.  This number is derived from the marketing knowledge that response to direct mailing is around 1-3%.

 

Please help sending list to K Chaichan (Bee) or K Aungsumalin.  I will take the initial step of doing this and will continue to do so as much as possible.  I urge you all to do the same.
