Hi Luigi,

I got your phone message, late yesterday. Over here in Malone, we find ourselves in the inverse of our existence in Cabot, where ATT phones do not work at all and Verizon seems to be the one we need. So if you are really trying to get a message through to us, a phone message or text is not going to do it.

What I understood from the message was:

1) Monique was going to confirm January 6th as the date the clock started ticking. She wrote to me the other day. I explained that the date was actually December 22, but we were willing to agree to January 6th if that's what everyone wanted. The 90 day period ends on April 6th.

2) Cynthia was going to contact me about something related to Headwaters and the HHA. I have not heard from Cynthia yet.

3) Oliver was going to get in touch with a lawyer to advise all of you.

If there was something we missed, please let me know. Email would be preferable to the phone. We now have internet (we have been amazed by the speed of it, compared to the very slow service we've had at the frayed and tattered end of the Headwaters line), but neither of our phones does wifi calling.
