Agenda for Tonight's Meeting

Hi all - 

I have attached the 2021 Financial Report and a new draft of the budget for next year. One of the key items for tonight's meeting is the adoption of the annual budget and establishment of the condo fees for next year. 

Another item will be a discussion of the appraisal. I have forwarded the questions along to the appraiser about the change in value because of a septic system and if my house was off the grid. I hope I will have answers by tonight. 

I think if we get through those two items, it will be enough, but are there other items for the agenda?
