Mediation Request

Hi all -

I have attached a request for mediation. I copied Robin on it, for his information. If you agree to mediate the conflict over the electric infrastructure, I'll agree to April 6th being the deadline for a signed contract for my house, the home site, and the common land and facilities instead of the closing.

I spent some time on the phone with the accountant this week. Apparently the changeover to Quickbooks online caused some unanticipated problems. I expect we'll have the tax return by Monday or Tuesday at the latest. 

I'm completely in the dark about what is going on. Can Trevor come see the house? I have more new applicants today. Have you approved Mollie and family for the home site?

I have not contacted Trevor due to weather conditions, (poor visibility due to whiteouts), and will not be available tomorrow. I will contact him and see if he can make it after my work hours next week. 

Yes, Mollie and family have been accepted for house site #3.
