Daiki and family membership

Hi all -

Luigi called me today to ask if we could have a community meeting to accept Daiki and his family as members. I think it's fantastic if everyone is in agreement about this. We have no objection to their joining Headwaters. I don't think its advisable to grant voting rights to new members until they have an agreement to purchase a place, but in every case we have approved people before they work all that out, so it will help them take the next step. 

If you like all three applicants, there is always the possibility of building a house where the sugar shack is now. Since it's a grandfathered structure, it would not be a difficult permit to get. It could be on public water and sewer - it would need additional permits for both of those hookups. 

Let me know if and when you want to meet and be sure to send along a Zoom link. If that's the only agenda item and we're the only ones you haven't heard from, we don't need to meet about it, only if you want to.
