Two buyers today - splitting up common costs

Hi all -

I have notes from both Daiki and Mollie that they are interested in buying my house and the home site. Daiki is approved, Mollie said you were going to decide soon, someone was missing last night? 

If your goal is to have all eight households split the costs of common land and facilities, it would be smart to include the proportion of those split costs in the price you charge them. Right now, with a price of $99,000 for the Corporation (which includes home site #3), when you subtract $58,000 out of that you get $41,000. $41,000 divided by eight households is $5,125 per household. This would make the price of the house $247,125 and the price of the home site $63,125. 

Just a thought. I don't know what you are doing, but since I'm communicating with the buyers, it would be good for all of us to be on the same page.
