I would be grateful if you anyone can share contacts of Legal advisers in India who can assist start ups to come up with Contracts, 'Terms and Conditions' and advise on precautions to be taken for a startup from legal perspective, both w.r.t. India and International.

Are there any who defer their fees like many in the Silicon Valley / US?
