Looking for senior marketing professional

Outsourced CMO is looking for a senior marketing professional with minimum 15 years’ experience in Marketing , brand communications , social media , digital
The professional can work on flexi timings basis as far as the result is being delivered
Some of basic expectations would be as follows:
- Build a marketing plan for getting app downloads
- The plan should be an integrated with Offline & Online channels
- Marketing budget planning & spends
- Recruit a marketing team in house or marketing agencies for execution
- Should be willing to jump in execution himself at times & not wait for 3rd part to execute
- Communication strategy for user engagement once the app is downloaded
- Set up the marketing division in the company as there is no existing marketing infrastructure in the past

Hi Anil,
I am not concerned with the company, but it is just like Deloitte recruiting accountants being an accounting firm or Infosys hiring engineers being a technology firm.
They are a marketing company looking for marketing professionals. I don't see any anomaly in that. People make a product, it is not the other way round.
