Being in India, most of the people i talk to are very transactional. All they can think of is the very latest trend like "Ecommerce is hot". Hardly any insights, they are not even early adopters of latest products, dont have subscription to even any productivity tools, Social is Facebook, give and take a few tweets.

If this sounds very unlike you , then we should really talk :).

We are Floost.com, one of India's best foot forward for a global social network. Its a network around your interests. We are on constant look out for people who lives complete digital lives - Evernotes, Instagram, Twitter, Dropbox, (flipboard/pinterest) , Skitch/Cloud app, Foursquare how can life exist without them !!!

We are looking for really really smart and super savvy interest users/people. They can be Product managers/Hackers/Programers/ UI/UX/ Marketing , all are welcome. Mostly i am looking for people to join us in Full time capacities in our Noida premise.

I would love to talk to guys who have formed their own startups at somepoint or the others. The point is where to get them? Where do ex-startuppers go when they are looking for a job?

I fundamentally believes startups never have opening, all they have an eye, an eye for the people they need, rest jobs can be created around them.

Hello Sid,

I have been watching Floost for sometime, it's an interesting concept.

As to your question- where do ex-startuppers go when they are looking for a job, one obvious answer is that they go to a company, rather a corporate which will help them recuperate financially. The big guys are also eager to hire them for their rich experience. In fact, it is often said that some acquisitions are purely for the talent of the co-founders rather than the viability of the product.  See this : http://www.computerworld.in/news/facebook-google-take-talent-small-startups-19022012

There are a lot of serial entrepreneurs in these communities- would love to hear what they have to say.

Regards,
Radhika
