Not to discourage your efforts but I think you need to cover some more
ground before sending word around about your website.
In any UGC website, it is important that you seed it with some
content. That lowers the barrier for the first few users to start
contributing themselves. Why not put up some of your own things for
barter? Get things from your friends and family and put them up for
barter. It should not be too hard to get 20-25 odd listings - start
with books, music, games etc - low cost, low risk for somebody who
wants to try it out.
Even if you cannot seed it with good content, having leftovers from
testing or having spam as the only content is worse. I would suggest
you should clear out spam manually till you have enough good listings
coming in that can overwhelm the spam. Have you read the "Broken
Window Theory"?
Edit the website content and no need to bring in adjectives too
early :). Your about us says "India main barter site" and your mail
says "Indias main barter site" while it should be "India's main barter
site" and honestly speaking, "main" doesn't convey anything. Also the
shipping/delivery help page simply says "This is help. You can add to
it"? Warnings page is a good idea but why is the first letter of every
word capitalized?
Please accept my apologies if the above sounds harsh and is not up in
the priority list. I know that feeling since I am also on the
receiving side more often then giving side :). So go by your own
priorities on what needs to get done first. All the best!

PS: Since you are using Drupal, use the pathauto module to genertae
seo friendly urls instead of the default node/<nid> ones.
