About Reap Benefit

We are the Solve Ninja Movement. We solve for India, one street at a time, by activating everyday leaders. We focus on the two most urgent challenges India faces - climate change and governance at a local level. Young people join us for peer-to-peer mentorship. By unlocking their creativity and leadership skills, we prepare them to be everyday leaders to solve for India. Each of these young citizens, whom we call Solve Ninja, uses a combination of hyper-local data and open platform technology to enhance citizen engagement in enabling local governance. In the last eight years, we have activated 1M + Solve Ninjas, who have taken 94k + civic actions, started 3143 campaigns, and built 552 civic innovations to address local civic issues across the country. This has saved 54.3 million litres of water and 1.7 million units of electricity and diverted 187 tonnes of waste from landfills.
