We have been working on a platform called WWH (World Wide help) that
provides/collects information in an easy, cost-effective, and customized manner.
If you have ever felt a need for a helpline/call-center style functionality but
found existing solutions too prohibitive or complex, our solution can likely
help. On the end-user side, our framework is based on phone calls, IVR,
Whatsapp/SMS messaging, hence more accessible to poor/low literates
(marginalized communities ) as well as anyone who requires a human touch.
On the organization side, our framework supports an intelligent dashboard/task
management system to assign/track work where staff can work on smartphones from
anywhere, can crowdsource work to experts, etc. More details of our solution can

This project is funded by Tata Center for Technology and Design and so far we
have setup many helplines in the various domains: providing nutritional advice to
tackle malnutrition, career guidance for municipal school kids, agricultural

Based on our initial research into the activities there are many organizations in this group that are active, we think our solution can help.
