Ok guys, now that everything is complete and going. Here is where we stand.
Daniel has about as good a run on the report as possible. Daniel if you can please post your last revision to the group mail before the meeting on Monday. That way we can all look at it at the meeting.
Tyler since Andrew has the prototype look at it for any mods you need to make to the FE Think about running the analysis with holes in it.
Andrew attach it to the test bench and mark with a sharpie where you guys want the final holes. If you are confused we can do it Monday at 11 after I get out of class.
Rob given previous data start on the PowerPoint presentation. We can brainstorm some on Wednesday.
Also Andrew bring the prototype with you to the meeting so I can show everyone the designs and we can take pictures and adjust it for the report.
Gentleman it has been a long and hectic road. We still need to fab a restraint piece. And time is short.
According to a short conversation with Daniel this should be done on Tuesday but we need confirmation.
Let’s crank this thing out. I see a light at the end of a tunnel…Let’s just hope it isn’t a CAT bus!

That last line is that the testing should be scheduled and finished by
Tuesday. Maybe we could get all the static testing done on Monday evening.
The new padding and rubber piece were shipped on Tuesday.
Mr. Batt has been very quick in returning my calls and emails prior to
now, but he must have gone on vacation or something. Tuesday is not
certain yet, but he says it should be able to work.
I worked on the report most of the day yesterday, and I'm gonna give it a
go tonight for awhile as well. It looks like we'll have good material for
everything as long as this testing goes well. The big holes now are
obviously the shoulder support system. I also talked with Angstadt on
Tuesday. He confirmed that the shoulder support does not have to be
completely workable (as long as there is a good justification for it..too
costly...fab. issues). He also said that we should just go ahead and order
the new top tube from Mcmaster so we have a full working prototype to
show for the final presentation.
We should have a good meeting on Monday morning.
See you then.
Dan
See you Monday
