I have been trying for a while now and can't seem to figure out this problem. At one point I installed the Freemake Video converter, and being dumb I just clicked fast through the installation. This must-have installed some sort of side program. I keep getting a pop up for an update on the app and it is getting really annoying. Freemake doesn't show up on Control Panel or the Add or Remove Programs in Settings on my computer. If anyone knows how to get rid of this, that would be great. A while ago, I had Freemake Video converter downloaded, but it was not what I was looking for so I uninstalled it. Now I realize there is still a menu option showing up when I right-click on a sound or video file. It is uninstalled and I even deleted the extra bits leftover using the program "Everything" to locate anything called Freemake. I restarted my computer and it still appears in the right-click menu.
