Automator

Greets!

Just getting started using OSX and Clip It and have discovered
Automator. As a web designer it would be great to be able to snapshot
a set of sites using Clip It! as part of a workflow. Is it possible
that there will be Automator actions for Clip It! released soon?

The best available alternative so far is the Convert URL to PDF action
(http://automatorworld.com/archives/download-urls-as-pdfs/) but this
sems to use Safari's 'print as PDF' - given some designers lack of
proper output testing this is unsatisfactory and one of the major
reasons for using Clip it!

Alternatively a 'capture all linked pages' option in Clip It! itself
would be useful.

Great product in all other ways - thanks for writing it and releasing
it for free :)

Thanks for your comments and support to Clip it!.

Automator support is surely something in my development pipeline. I
hope I can incorporate it in the next release.

The "capture all linked page" is currently under development. Users
can choose how deep they want to capture and whether the capturing is
restricted to link within the site.

Hope you will enjoy using Clip it!. Please feel free to suggest any
ideas u have on Clip it! or any software ideas you might have!
