Run the example 'impairment_detection_hdr.m' but failured

Hi Rafal,

Thank you for your amazing work on HDR assessment!

But I faced some problems when running the code "impariment_detection_hdr.m" in your example directory.

After checking line by line, I found that there was an unknown parameter "metric_par.csf_sr_par" in function "hdrvdp_rod_sens" which was used in line #328 of "hdrvdp_visual_pathway.m".

Is this parameter equal to "metric_par.csf_sr"?

I could not reproduce the problem. I could run "impariment_detection_hdr.m" without issues thought I had to add "utils" folder to the Matlab path.
