Yes, it can easily be done.  As for how much, it depends on how you'd want it shipped.  I know I can ship it via USPS Priority Flat Rate for $11.95, so that would be the top-end.  There may be less pricey ways to do so as well, but they would be slower.

OK, I will take a look when I get back home.  I am out of town for a week (USENIX conference), but can build one out and get shipping info next week.  You would need to use PayPal instead of Google Checkout as Google won't let orders from other countries.

I still have one other one to ship out to Canada which will also go out early next week.  It's been a busy time :)

Beware of the Canada Post strike... They're doing "rotating" strikes
right now but it may well turn into a full-fledged stike at any
time...

I believe I am the other Canadian order. I don't mind waiting, as long
as it eventually gets here. :)
