Spring Dr Trail Building @ Cherokee Park | Saturday, June 29

Hello Cherokee Park Neighbors!

Olmsted Parks Conservancy and the neighborhoods surrounding Cherokee Park are organizing a Spring Dr trail building event on Saturday, June 29, at 8:30am. We will be creating a gravel path that connects from the Spring Dr/Cherokee Rd intersection into the Park. 

OPC will be providing us with all the equipment for the trail building. All we need is you! 

A few notes worth mentioning:

• The gravel path will replace the existing dirt path connecting to the Scenic Loop that often becomes too muddy to use.

• OPC will have machine equipment to move the gravel near the path; volunteers will be given rakes and shovels for spreading it.
