Meetings

I have received a couple emails regarding the meeting schedule for
reviewing the drafts as they are developed. Call me crazy, but I
don't think we need any more meetings. We have all been in too many
meetings over last few years, and I think that using Google Groups
will better suite the nature and timeline of this project.

Beginning next week, we anticipate the monthly posting of chapters for
review. Each new chapter will arrive with the revisions to the
previous month's chapters based on the comments made by the group;

IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT WE RECIEIVE ALL COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS
RELATED TO EACH DRAFT CHAPTER WITHIN ********************EIGHT (8)
********************************DAYS OF POSTING.

By allowing everyone to participate on their own schedule, we hope to
engage a wider group of people and get a little more of everyone's
"on" time. We want comments on all aspects of the document, such
as...
-Do you like the page layout? -Do you understsand the rule that we
are trying to explain? What photos do you like? What do they convey?
- What might be a better way to convey the same message?
Is this policy still relevent? The more comments the better.

I look forward to working rather than meeting with all of you in the
very near future, and most importantly, THANK YOU.

Elliot - oddly enough I haven't received any of the previous notices for
meetings. Given our tight schedule on our documents, I would prefer to
meet rather than give comments in a vacuum particularly because I
haven't seen anything up to this point. You may have to hold my hand if
you want responses in 8 days!
