A while back, I heard that Gentilly Terrace was going to be added to
the list of areas in which the HDLC had say over. Is this still the
case? I currently live in the neighborhood on Gentilly Blvd, and
something needs to be done soon before they tear down or alter any
more of the homes. As it is, people do what they wish in the way of
alterations to the homes because there is no set guidlines.
