Missing Data and Trials Per Subject Questions

Dear All,

Hope all is well. I wanted to see what is the best treatment of missing data in HDDM. Is it better to exclude the trials with missing data (e.g. when participant does not press a button, hence there is no recorder RT and ACC), or leave entries as 999?

2. What about unequeal number of trials per subject? Would it still be correct to run a model?
