Hello,
Is there more guidance documents relating to hData HIE standards for
medical device data. The only reference I found was:

Other Health Record Systems
In addition, other systems such as medical devices can participate in
the hData record exchange as well:
once they are added to the DAS as members of the medical federation of
the patient, any other
authorized system can subscribe to health data published from these
devices.

Thanks,
Nishan

At this time, we have not created a specific profile for medical device content. At the same time, any medical device would be able to use standard hData content profiles (such as the core hData CCD profile) or portions thereof for communications.

For example, a heart monitor could use the result class to publish its information. To this end, the device would need to implement a simple web server capable for producing an Atom feed at the device's IP address. Would this model work for your application?
