During this difficult and stressful time I wanted you to know that HealthCare Assistance with Members Support, LLC can provide immediate access to proper care for our co workers and their families . HCAMS provides a cost free service to staff and their immediate family  members and is available just a phone call away . Many of my family and friends have discussed having increased anxiety , sleeplessness  and depression during this pandemic as we face day to day news alerts, statistics and lose of family members and friends. Now the news is reporting violent protest, injuries and looting ,this is only adding to this tremendous overwhelming anxiety .

Please share this information with your county members and take the support and assistance to help you and others get through this time. We are all human and we are all in this together and you don't need to go it alone.  Many people look to the school nurse for answers and support , here is a resource you can offer to them at this time . Thank you for all you do .
