Time to come back outside, and see friends and family
|
As many of us move into yellow and green phases of COVID-19, we're slowly returning to work, socializing, and attending public events.
With the warmer weather starting, we have more chances than ever to be outside and discover our new normal.
Anxiety may be high as we transition to this new phase, but knowing the best way to feel safe will help you be prepared and ready for every new situation.

Visit your favorite places, check-in with loved ones
|
As some of us begin our return to regular activities, and some of us return to work, you may feel eager, or uncertain.
Take baby steps. Start with a walk outside, go visit your favorite store, visit an old friend. Go where you feel comfortable to begin.
Just make sure to check guidelines for each place, and chat with friends and family about comfort levels for socializing.
Everyone may have a different preference for safety measures, and that's okay! Be patient and flexible.
