         1. I have noticed that registering and evaluation server will be available after September 1. My question is that is it feasible to install evaluation server locally and validate my model without User ID and API key?

Yes, this is relatively easy to do.

 

         2. More importantly, I was wondering whether the words the evaluation server sends in one question contain any token that could help split the question into several sentences or they are all meaningful true "words"?

We're not doing anything special.  All the "words" are the result of evaluating the python "split" function on the string.  We thought that doing anything more complicated would be confusing.

This is what it looks like at the moment, but we could easily add a
symbol to separate sentences if people would find that useful.
