Good news is that Bombay Harmonium Co still exists! I called them
today to verify. The Esraj I play - or rather used to play - was
bought by my father from them in the 50s.
I'm not sure how many of the shops above sell eastern instruments.
Apart from that, Anuradha D has recommended the following places:
- Porolis and Sons, Bombay Bazaar, Sai Sangeeth - all in Pettah
- Sarasi - Maradana, near Elpinston
