Unable to execute print command from Bancslink software

Problem:
When giving print from Bancslink package, internet explorer hangs and getting the message
“server
not found
”. But able to take print out from shared printers in server.
Solution:
This is because of some of the printer service which is related to Bancslink package, it may stop
working. Durint this time, we may get the error discussed in the problem section.
Method 1:
Restart the server manually. On restarting the server, the server services associated with printer will
get restarted and hence the problem can be eliminated.
Method 2:
From Server,
1. Click on Start
Control pane l > Administrative Tools > Component Services > Computer > My computer > Com+ applications >Printers.
2. Right click on
Printers and click on Shutdown and then right click on Printers then click on
Start
.
