Subject: Health Careers HS ticket sale dates and info
Hi Health Career High School Senior Parents,
We are Still looking for ticket sellers for the project graduation celebration night.
Below I have listed the dates that are filled and the dates still open. Ticket sales are from 1150am-150pm every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We need 4 more volunteers on the dates left blank below.
May 9th – Scott Small
May 11th-
May 14th- Amy Pysarenko
May 16th-
May 18th-
May 21st- Pam Taylor
May 23rd- Lupita Winters
May 25th-
All material for the sales will be left at school front office with an administrative assistant. When you arrive please ask her for the ticket bag for project Grad. After selling time is over please return the items back and give the money bag to office , they will place it in the safe until one of us can get there to make a bank deposit. The tickets are $20 each the first 2 weeks. Starting the week of May 21st the ticket price goes to $30. We will sell tickets up until the last day. All students going must have a medical release form signed and also a parental consent form. Copies will be in the ticket sale bag for you to distribute if they ask for one of these forms. At the time of ticket sale, please legibly write the student’s name on the ticket and also record on the spread sheet that they bought a ticket, have returned the signed form(s). Please record their email and cell phone number so we can follow up with them for those forms.
