The state HOSA competition is in town this weekend and HCHS is sponsoring her. Mrs. Zinsmeister emailed me this weekend and she needs three more judges for scrap booking on Thursday from 4:30-6:30 at the hyatt downtown  If any of you would be available for a couple of hours On Thursday, please email me as soon as possible so I can let mrs z know. Thank you in advance for your willingness to help HCHS.

HI Parents of Seniors,

 

It’s here Project Runway! Our show is tomorrow night, Saturday, at the O’Connor Multipurpose Building at O’Connor High School ( 12221 Leslie Rd Helotes Tx)! Meal served at 630pm, Show starts at 7pm. We have approximately 65 models in the show, Rudy’s BBQ is catering the event and its sure to be a fun night for families to share with their seniors, classmates and other families. If you have previously purchased your ticket(S) please remember to bring them to the show. We are taking your tickets at the door and giving you your Rudy’s 2 free meal voucher and your door prize number. There will be tickets available at the door but a limited amount with a  meal and voucher included.

 

The silent auction will be running at the same time as the show. Please remember to place your bids on some of the fantastic items we have in the auction before and during the show at any time. Here is a brief list of a few items we have had donated for our special night:

Dental whitenings

Spurs tickets -2 different nights of games

We will announce the silent auction winners at the end of the show. You will pay for them at that time, cash or check, and take your auction item home with you that evening.

Dear Tracy:

 

It was good to see you, hour husband, and Cameron at the Runway last Saturday. It was quite a success for our cause.

 

Are you referring to Thursday, March 29^th?  I have nothing that day and Maria is in school from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. that day so.  Let me know what is involved as a judge.  I have never done anything like this before.

Yes it is this Thursday. I have never done it before but all we will be doing is judging scrapbooks that each chapter submits. Basically we will make sure they have included everything on a rubric. We do not have to have any talent in scrap booking or any health knowledge. I think it  will be fun to see the Creativity of each of these chapters.  I would love for you to judge with me.
