It's that time of year again!
No, it is not time to set your clocks back one hour, or time to change the
laundry from the washer to the dryer...
it's FRESHMAN AND UPPERCLASSMAN ACTIVITIES FAIR TIME!!!!!!
This year, Harvard China Care needs to be out in FULL FORCE, telling our peers
and all of that lovely, clueless freshmeat, uh, i mean FRESHMEN about all of
the really wonderful things that we do!
Also, we look great doing it, as we have a huge professional banner and other
pretty things. No corrogated cardboard signs for us! Woo hoo!
So - the activities fairs run as follows;
FRESHMAN ACTIVITIES FAIR: Monday, September 12th, from 11:30-2pm
UPPERCLASS MAN ACT. FAIR: Friday, SEptember 16th, from 2-5pm (*note time diff)
We will NEED PEOPLE to MAN our BOOTH! Even if you are part of another
organization (even I am!) please split your time between HCC and your other
commitments! All we ask is one, hour-long shift, one of the two days!
The shifts will be as follows:
Monday, September 12th: 1) 10;45am-11:30 (partially setup)
2) 11:20-12:30
3) 12:20-1:30
4) 1:20-2:30 (partially tear down)
Friday, September 16th: 1) 1:30-2:30 (partially setup)
2) 2:20-3:30
3) 3:20-4:30
4) 4:20-5:20 (partially teardown)
Please email me back (madigan@fas) and let me know which of these 8 shifts you
would like! Just one hour out of your life, and you'd be helping HCC out in a
HUGE WAY!!! :)
Thanks so much and hope to hear from you all soon! :)
Aidan
PS The college is sponsoring a "welcome back" party in Tercentary Theater on
Friday after the activities fair, from 5:30-8:30, with food, drink and live
music! Harvard China Care should definitely be on the scene - I hope you all
can make it, and we can use it almost as the club's first social event of the
year - the first of a number of social events, I hope!!! :)
