Dear Sir & friends,

Please find my article recently published in MMWR, CDC on 28th July 2015. This work had been done at NCDC during my second year EIS training. We can assess our public health system, it is week, very poor lab support, but now surveillance is covering all over India connected through IT network. Gradually things will get much better.
