convocation

Dear All

In continuation of our efforts for the convocation for part-time students, Dr. Singhla has kindly agreed to hold the convocation in the North Campus ground. He has suggested to hold the convocation with a dinner. He is free on 26th September and has suggested the evening for the ceremony.

As the event is not sponsored by the FMS, we need to pitch in to contribute and make the even happen. We need to contribute Rs. 1500 per head for the same. Please convey your agreement so that the efforts for collection of money can be started. Please also suggest, how can you transfer the funds to a central person.
