Event Format:
Number of rounds: 2 (online executive summary submission and finals)
Team size: Minimum 2 and maximum 4

10 teams will be shortlisted for finals on the basis of:
1. Originality of the idea.
2. Analysis of market.
3. Financial feasibility.
4. Team’s potential.
5. Strategy for proper execution.
6. Exit potential for investors.
7. Value Proposition for the end user.
8. Competitor Analysis and SWOT analysis.
9. Differentiating factor over competitors.
10. Marketing Plans.
Executive summary:
1. Executive summary should not exceed 5 pages + 1 cover page.
2. Cover page contains the team name and short detail of team members.
3. The font and font size for summary should be 12px (Times New Roman) with proper spacing.
4. The document should be in .pdf/.doc formats only.
5. The Executive Summary should be sent to innov...@incordhbti.org with the subject line stating “Innoventure _<team-name> “.
Finals: On campus presentation
1. Complete power point presentation of your business plan in front of our elite panel of judges.
2. You will be given 8 minutes to complete the presentation +1 minute to conclude followed by 3 minutes for question/answer and interaction with the judges. So in all you will be given 12 minutes to present your plan.
3. You will be provided with on the spot mentorship and doubt clearing sessions on campus before your final presentation.
Rules and regulations:
1. The event is open to all students and working professionals. You need to register first at www.incordhbti.org/Pages/register.html to obtain your INCORD ID.
2. Teams who have already started up and have registered their company/start-up are also eligible to participate in the contest.
3. Each Team can comprise a minimum of two members and a maximum of 4 members.
4. A team can’t submit more than one business plan.
5. Shortlisted teams will be allotted mentors to prepare for their final presentation.
6. Acceptance and rejection of submissions are governed by the rules and regulations set by the Organizing Committee of Incord. In case of any conflicts, call of Organizers will be final.
7. All winners will get a certificate of merit and all finalists will get a certificate of participation.
8. All the finalist can further work with mentors to get their plan incubated.
Deadlines:
Late date of submission of Executive summary: 28 Feb. 2012.
Declaration of first round result: 1 March 2012.
On campus presentation of selected students: 3, 4 March 2012.
