Event Format


This is basically a C programming Event.
You need to register to participate in the event. Click here if you do not have a INCORD ID yet.
The event will be conducted in 3 phases:

Phase 1: (only for HBTI students)
Duration: 45 mins
  1. Each team comprises of two candidates and both should have an INCORD ID.
  2. There will be an on-paper round and 30 code snippets will be given having multiple choices which candidates have to answer on OMR sheets.
  3. Top 30 teams will qualify for the 1st round to be held on 3rd of March.
  4. Each correct answer carries 2-marks and * mark questions hold 1 extra mark(i.e. 3-marks altogether).
  5. There won't be any -ve marking.
  6. In case of a tie, the question marked with * will be preferred.
  7. Answer sheets will be given just after the collection of OMR sheets for transparency


Round 2: (for everyone ,3rd March )
Duration:75 mins
  1. Outside college students will get a direct entry.
  2. Each team comprises of two candidates.
  3. 40 code snippets with multiple choice answer will be given and a problem statement to be solved on paper.
  4. Each correct answer will be awarded by +3marks and a wrong answer will fetch -1 mark for Multiple Choice Question.
  5. The problem statement carries 10marks.
  6. Top 20 teams will qualify for the final round to be held on 4th of March.
  7. No internet access will be provided.


Phase 3: (Final round)
Duration: 2 hours
  1. 5 problem statements will be given.
  2. LINUX Systems will be provided with GCC compiler.
  3. In case of a tie, optimized code will be given preference.
  4. Top three team will be awarded.
 

Event Rules


  1. Every participant must be registered with INCORD and must have a INCORD ID. Click here if you do not hava a INCORD ID yet.
  2. No books will be allowed in the laboratory.

 

Event Deadlines


You need to register yourself to take part in the event.

Teams from HBTI will have a initial prelims round to shortlist the participants that will be held probably in the last week of Feb.
Selected participants will be informed.

Outside college teams will get a direct entry in the event on 3rd March.
