Subject: Healthcare Club Fund - Fireside Chat Announcemnt
Dear SIG Directors,
Onusa Chantanapongwanji, Anna Yoon and I need some help in marketing our event! We are the HCC Fund Directors this year. Our task was to select a charity that we would like to work with in the future and support financially. Through surveying the healthcare club members, we selected Joseph M Smith Community Health Center, a local Allston clinic as the organization we wanted to work with and be the recipient of our $5000 charity donation. Onusa, Anna and I need your help to publicize this event! The Director of clinic is coming on Tuesday, April 10th at 6PM to talk about her interesting experience growing this local non-profit community center. Dinner will be provided! If possible, could you please send the information below to your members! We want a good turnout so any help marketing this event will be great!
Thanks,
Farrah

Fireside Chat & Dinner with Paola Ferrer, Joseph M Smith Community Health Center
When: Tuesday April 10th 2012, 6.00 pm - 7.30pm
Where: Gallatin Lounge
Please come meet Paola Ferrer, Grants & Development Director of the Joseph M Smith Community Health Center (JMSCHC) - the recipient of this year's HCC Fund Donation.
The mission of the JMSCHC is to improve the health and well-being of the communities of Allston, Brighton, Waltham and surrounding areas by providing quality, comprehensive, coordinated care. Their doctors, nurse practitioners and other medical staff provide primary medical services in over twenty languages to serve the diverse needs of this multi-cultural community.
Come learn about the 40+ year success story of the JMSCHC, its exciting expansion plans and challenges ahead. The Center already has several HBS students working with them on high-impact quality improvement projects. Given its new expansion plan, there are plenty of opportunities that HBS students can engage with and learn from the JMSCHC. Dinner will be provided.
Please complete this poll if you plan on attending: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dFlCdzJ0VjVzSXR2MjdxU1ZRZEM4SEE6MQ
