In this event, Kendra Larson will talk about how CORT started, and defining moments in their history. What Warren Buffet looks for in a company? Why Warren Buffet decided to invest CORT? The merger process and the announcement in 2000.

Kendra Larson is a Regional Manager for CORT Furniture Rental. She has been with CORT for 25 years and has been in Sales Management for the last 23 years. One of her biggest career accomplishments is to start the CORT Furniture Rental in New York City and made it the fourth largest CORT revenue district in the nation. When she was offered the opportunity to start CORT Furniture Rental in New York City, after 4 years of efforts in building and managing a sales force, the market was generating 10 million in annual rental revenues.
